08.45 – 09.15 Community based rainforest regeneration  - secrets  to success and lessons from the 10 year  Big Scrub program.
09.15 - 10.00  Keynote address Associate Professor Carla Catterall (Griffith University) – Undertaking rainforest restoration  to maximize biodiversity outcomes.
10.00  - 10.20  Morning Tea  /  Coffee
10.20 – 11.00 Planning rainforest restoration (Part 1 - Assessing the site )
11.00 -  11.45 Planning  rainforest restoration (Part 2 - Weed control and site recommendations)
12.00  – 13.00   Site visit to Andrew Johnstons Big Scrub Nature Reserve
Monitoring and Evaluation demonstrations.
13.00 – 13.45  Lunch
14.00 -  15.00  Eureka remnants/Booyong Flora Reserve site visits - Discussion   of weed control priorities and issues and keeping community members engaged.
15. 15– 16.00  Shared learning component with input from attendees and  questions and answers session.
16.00 – 16.15 Afternoon Tea
16.15 – 16.45  NSW Environmental Trust address and workshop conclusion.
